When we purchased our dream land and were looking around to figure out what kind of house we would like and what builder to work with, the stress was building up. We were very conscious about the fact that unfortunately many custom house building projects go sour. Budget/timeline discussions and less than reliable builders seem to contribute to a lot of the bad experiences out there. We wanted to prevent this but could not decide who to work with.

We met Brian through an incident with our house (and he had no knowledge of our plans to build). He was building next door and accidental damage was done to our driveway. When we pointed this out, damage was not only repaired promptly but Diamond Construction exceeded our expectations by replacing a complete section of our driveway. We realized this was the honesty and reliability we were looking for in a builder. Our choice was made.

Brian has never stopped exceeding our expectations; our house was built in the agreed timeline and within the budget. We also experienced patience and support in the many decisions (sometimes we would go back and forth) one is confronted with while building a home. This certainly takes away of lot of the potential building stress. Also now we find out that the energy efficient measures Brian suggested are paying off. We are very happy in our new home and enjoy the quality and detail of the house every day.

We had a stress-less and smooth building process and have now a beautiful home (a true Diamond) to enjoy on our dream location. Thank you Brian, we are very happy with the choice we made and we will recommend you to anyone with building plans.
